Proof that the Penrose kite-and-dart apperiodic tiling can be colored with three colors such that no two tiles sharing
an edge are the same color. Each tile's color is determined solely by the orientation of the tiles 2.47 times the shorter
side away. The proof is in "A Most Localized 3-Coloring of Penrose Tilings," Geombinatorics, (2002) Vol. 12, No. 3,
pp. 117-130.

Dr. Paulsen has experimented with a number of web-based games.
Dr. Paulsen has written a novellete (short novel) called "The Final Paradox".
Dr. Paulsen has also written some shareware games for the Windows 95/98/2000/NT platform.
