23 May 2009: Hogback Mtn

My landlords of two years ago have been involved in a group called the Hogback Mountain Conservation Association, and this overcast morning there was scheduled a bird walking outing. I don't know anything about birds, and don't really care much, but I went along to get a lay of the land that is being purchased and protected as a town forest for Marlboro. As well as hiking around the part south of VT 9, I also watched the birdwatchers. An interesting species.
